This Engine Varies From Petrol Modified Petrol Engine For Air Engine, Turbine Engine Steam Engine. And Benefit of the Engine Ins It Give Successful Load. But Modified Petrol Engine Can't Give This Load. Modified Petrol Engine Only Use For Idle Running And It Required High Pres0sure And High Volume Air. But This Normal Double Acting Cylinder Air Engine Require Low Volume And Medium Pressure Enough.
     And Main Advantages of this engine is low cost Compare Than Petrol Engine And Consumable Fuel Cost Also Reduced. Main crankcase : It was made by steel . The crankcase all parts assembling felicities. The.The top of the crankcase have one large hole and 4 small holes for pneumatic cylinder mounting. the bottom of the crankcase haw holes for assembling engine with vehicle or other applications. and both right and left side have arrangement for bearing. And Bearing Insert By Pressing And It Was locked by using circlip. The crank generally designed by stroke length of the Cylinder and Length of the crankshaft. Actually the main case was 4 various components assembling by bolt nuts. You made it single parts by casting,. But casting not suitable for single parts production. So it was made by using separate steel thick plate. And provide holes Parallel to the axis other crankcase by milling or drilling machine. You can make Small holes by drilling and Bearing assembling holes by boring. And one large hole provided at the top of the crankcase for connecting rod free moment and piston rod movement. And the left side of the crankcase have holes for valve assembling. 
Pneumatic double acting cylinder: This engine have normal double acting pneumatic cylinder.No Additional design Are insert in this cylinder. Cylinder have also assembling felicities provide by manufacturer. The connecting Rod Is assembled top of the crankcase by bolt nuts.
Crankshaft And Connecting Rod: Crankshaft And Connecting Rods was generally Not make for this engine . It Also take Old Petrol Engine Crankshaft and Connecting Rod. Any Size You can Take. But The crankcase design And Pneumatic Cylinder Selection Are depends On the Crankshaft And Connecting rod. So You can Buy  first Crankshaft Connecting arrangements and Then choose pneumatic cylinders.  Once You want new design you can make
crankshaft. Connecting rod was have two ends one is crank end another one is piston Rod Ends. This Type Engine was not directly connected to connecting rod to piston. Because this engine have two inlet moment show we can use this methods. normally petrol engine have one side input such as top of the piston only got pushing effects So we are using piston pin directly to piston in normal engine. But This air engine have two side pushing effects Top And Bottom. So We have connect connecting rod in to piton rods b. Piton Rod Have Special bush For Connect To connecting Rod. The Crankshaft Are assembled in Crankcase And Locke By Lock Nuts.One End Of the Crankshaft Have Cam Arrangement. Another End Is Flywheel.

CAM AND DC VALVE : Cam Was Assembled with one end of the crankshaft. The to of the Cam edge is merged to Control valve Push Button. The control Valve Was assembled in Top of the cam in crankcase. The control valve have four holes . one Input,two is Output 1, three is output 2, four is exhaust for Cylinder return air. Cam Was Divided Two Operation. Continuously Not Like Petrol Engine. The petrol Engine Cam is Sort time open Close.But This cam was Continuously  contact with push button . Off rotation of the cam shaft supply air for one side and another off rotation of the cam will supply air another side of the cylinder.It will be adjustable. By Move bush button Valve Up And Down.

Construction And Working Of the Air Engine:

The Main Objective is how to set frequenctly about crankshaft , cam and valve movement. It is important think in air engine. After the make all Parts You Can Construct Evenly. First Construct  Pneumatic Cylinder at the top of the crankcase and assemble Crank shaft. Then The connecting rod is Openable ends So It can Assemble after he crankshaft assembling. Then Assemble connecting one end to crankshaft another end two piston rod. Stroke length of the piston Is Should greater then the stroke length of the crankshaft because the piton moment will adjust by control valve. Then Flywheel right end of the crankshaft. And assemble cam in left end of the crankshaft. Then Control Valve assembled in Top Of the Cam Contact. Control valve Was assemble with crankcase by adjustable Slot. Because In case Some time It Moment Need Adjustment For Perfect Engine Running.Then Connect Control Valve To Pneumatic cylinder By Hose.And also connect Input Air From Compressor
After All Assembling Completed Then You Set Adjustment By Low Pressure Air . And Rotate Fly Wheel Clock Wise. Engine Can Run.
Advantages: Low cost And , simple design. Low maintenance cost. It will use in No electricity Areas. And It Low Consumable Cost. It will Easy to made with Normal Pneumatic Double Acting Cylinder.
